How much does hey.booked cost?

Start free - your page, services, and email reminders cost nothing. When you outgrow it, Pro is one flat monthly price with unlimited services, staff, and bookings, plus text reminders for your clients. No commission, no per-chair fees.

Do my clients need an app or an account to book?

No. They open your link, pick a time, and they're booked. No download, no sign-up, no friction.

Will hey.booked show my clients other businesses?

Never. It isn't a marketplace. Your page is yours - clients see you, book you, and come back to you, not a list of your competitors.

Can I make the page look like mine?

Yes, for free. Add your logo, cover photo, and colors so the page feels like your shop, not a generic template. Pro takes it one step further and removes the small hey.booked badge.

How does it help with no-shows?

Clients get a reminder before every appointment - by email on the free plan, by text on Pro - so far fewer forget to show up. A text gets read in minutes; that is the difference between an empty chair and a full one.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. Cancel whenever, and your data stays yours to export.

Bookings and clients

How do clients cancel or reschedule?

From the link in their confirmation email, or by entering their email on your page. They get a secure one-time link - no password, no account - and can move or cancel the booking in a couple of taps. You get notified either way.

Can clients pick who they book with?

Yes. If a service is offered by several people, clients choose a specific staff member or take whoever is free first. The calendar only shows times that actually work for the person they picked.

Can I take bookings on my own website?

Yes. One small script tag drops your booking card onto any site, with your own branding. Those bookings land in the same calendar as everything else.

Does hey.booked sync with my calendar?

On Pro, Google Calendar syncs both ways: bookings show up in Google, and your busy events block the matching slots. Apple, Outlook, and every other calendar can subscribe through a feed link, and you can block availability from any calendar's ICS URL.

What languages does it work in?

Six: English, German, French, Macedonian, Albanian, and Serbian. Clients book and get every email in their own language, and you can run your side in yours.

How do reviews work?

After a visit, the client gets an email asking for a 1-5 star rating, no login needed. Your page shows the average and the count; the written comments stay private to you. You can switch requests or the public stars off anytime.

Plans and billing

How do text reminders work?

Flip them on in settings, and clients who leave a phone number get a confirmation and a reminder text before their visit. Pro includes 100 texts a month across your account; email reminders stay unlimited on every plan.

What happens when I hit a free limit?

Nothing breaks. Your page and existing bookings keep working - you just can't add more until next month, or until you go Pro.

Do I need a card to start?

No. Free is free forever, no card on file. You only enter payment details if you go Pro.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes, anytime, from your billing page. Stripe prorates the difference.

How does cancelling work?

A couple of clicks, no phone call. Pro stays on until the end of what you paid for, then you land back on free - your data stays.
