This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using hey.booked. It applies to all users, including businesses and visitors. This AUP is part of our Terms of Service. Violating this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You may not use hey.booked to:

• Attempt to bypass any security measures, access controls, or usage limits of the service
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets
• Exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way
• Discriminate against users on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic

Any content you submit through hey.booked (including business descriptions, booking details, profile information, and communications) must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

Content must not:

• Be defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Promote violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Be deceptive or misleading about the nature of your business or services
• Contain or promote illegal products, services, or activities
• Disclose another person's personal information without their consent

We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may take action including but not limited to:

• Issuing a warning
• Removing offending content
• Temporarily suspending your account
• Permanently terminating your account
• Reporting the activity to law enforcement authorities

We aim to provide notice before taking action, but we may act immediately without notice if a violation poses a risk to the safety or security of users, the service, or third parties.

If you believe a user is violating this policy, please report it to us at [email protected]. Include as much detail as possible so we can investigate effectively. We take all reports seriously and will respond promptly.

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of hey.booked after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

This Acceptable Use Policy was originally written in English. Any translated version is provided for convenience only. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and a translation, the English version prevails and is the only legally binding version.
